Why has the lawsuit by Erskine Board of Trustee (BOT) members Richard Taylor, Parker Young, and David Chesnut NOT been dropped? Did not the compromise adopted by the 2010 General Synod guarantee that the lawsuit would be dropped? Did not honorable men agree?
