The moral question for today, however, is will Dr. Parker Young ever recognize his sin, repent, and be restored to the church he swore to uphold?

Through a parable of “Maurice the Bank Robber” we can see the parallel to the events that transpired at Second Presbytery as it pertains to the application of justice to correct a sinful action, even if the intended result of that sin did not take place. Does one not punish a bank robber if his attempt to rob the bank ends in failure? Second Presbytery appears to think not!
